Zusammenfassung

Die Lunge wird durch zwei Kreisläufe versorgt, den pulmonalen Kreislauf, der vorwiegend dem Gasaustausch dient, und den bronchialen Kreislauf, der nutritive Aufgaben zur Versorgung der großen Pulmonalgefäße, der Nerven, des Interstitiums und der Pleura erfüllt. Der folgende Text ist fokussiert auf die pulmonale Zirkulation, besonders auf Anatomie, Physiologie und Pathophysiologie des pulmonalen Gefäßbettes und auf dessen Reaktionsmuster im Rahmen verschiedener Reize und Erkrankungen. Die Kenntnisse und das Verstehen dieser Grundlagen spielen für die Interpretation von Röntgenbildern des Thorax und von computertomographischen Darstellungen der Lunge eine wichtige Rolle.
