Zusammenfassung
Das vorliegende Kapitel behandelt die radiologischen Veränderungen, welche durch Lungenerkrankungen unbekannter Ätiologie verursacht werden. Im pathologischen Kontext der Sarkoidose, der Histiozytose X, der neurokutanen Syndrome, der Lymphangioleiomyomatose, der Alveolar Proteinose, der alveolären Mikrolithiasis und der kryptogenen organisierenden Pneumonie werden häufige und seltenere radiologische Befundkonstellationen vorgestellt. Der Schwerpunkt des Bildmaterials liegt hier bewusst auf der konventionellen Radiologie und der Computertomographie, da diese beiden Techniken weiterhin unabdingbare Standbeine der thorakalen Bildgebung bleiben werden. ÖUber die reine Röntgenmorphologie hinaus reichen kurze Zusatzinformationen über Pathogenese, Epidemiologie und die Bildgebung ergänzende diagnostische Verfahren, die im Rahmen der einzelnen Erkrankungen diskutiert werden. Diese Informationen sollen dazu beitragen, das pathologische und radiologische Material in jenen multimodalen Kontext zu betten, der Voraussetzung für eine patientenorientierte, klinisch relevante und integrative Bildgebung thorakaler Erkrankungen ist.
