Zusammenfassung

Nachdem der Analysegegenstand, nämlich Dienstleistungsnetzwerke, in Kapitel 1 beschrieben und systematis iert wurde, liegt der Fokus in diesem Kapitel darauf, die Erfolgsfaktoren für eben solche Dienstleistungsnetzwerke zunächst zu identifizieren. Dabei werden in einem ersten Schritt branchenübergreifend Dienstleistungsnetzwerke in die Betrachtungen mit einbezogen. Anschließend werden ebenfalls einige spezielle Organisationsformen von Netzwerken (Franchisesysteme) sowie einige spezielle Branchen (Bankdienstleistungen und New Economy-Dienstleister) betrachtet. Letztlich ist das Ziel, Handlungsempfehlungen abzuleiten und somit die Grundlage für die in Teil III durchzuführende Analyse einiger „Best Practices“ zu bieten.
