Zusammenfassung

Die Problematik der operativen Behandlung symptomatischer osteochondraler Talusläsionen (OLTs) ist häufig durch die schwierige Erreichbarkeit der Läsion gegeben [12, 16]. Während anterolaterale Läsionen einer arthroskopischen Behandlung gut zugänglich sind, ist die arthroskopische Versorgung dorsomedial gelegener Läsionen deutlich schwieriger [6, 17]. Bei offenen Operationsverfahren sind diese Läsionen meist nur mittels Innenknöchelosteotomie erreichbar.
