Zusammenfassung
Wenn auch die Ursachen und Gründe für unbefriedigende Resultate und Misserfolge nach vorderem Kreuzbandersatz vielfältig sind, so hat sich doch gezeigt, dass unabhängig davon, welches Ersatzmaterial verwendet wird, die inkorrekte Transplantatposition die führende Rolle spielt. Nach der Konsensuskonferenz der International Knee Society werden über 40% aller VKB-Transplantate fehlpositioniert. In der Literatur ist vielfältig belegt, dass eine enge Korrelation zwischen der Transplantatposition und dem klinischen Outcome besteht [1, 5, 6, 7, 8]. Revisionseingriffe nach VKB-Rekonstruktion beruhen zu 70–80% auf Transplantatfehllagen [9].
