Zusammenfassung

Navigationssysteme zur Sägelehrenpositionierung in der Knieendoprothetik finden zunehmend Verbreitung. Ziel der Systeme ist es, eine exakte Implantatpositionierung zu erreichen [5], von der eine Reduktion der aseptischen Lockerungsrate und eine Verbesserung des funktionellen Ergebnisses erwartet wird [3, 4, 9].
