Die computergestützte Chirurgie ist am Ende der 80er-Jahre mit der stereotaktischen Neurochirurgie eingeführt worden [13]. Ziele dieser neuen Technik waren erhöhte Präzision, weniger Invasivität und verbesserte Rückverfolgbarkeit der Operation.
