Zusammenfassung
Langzeitergebnis und klinischer Erfolg eines zementfrei implantierten Prothesenschaftes hängen entscheidend von der Primärstabilität im Knochenlager ab. Zu große Mikrobewegungen wirken der Osteointegration [2] durch Anlagerung von Bindegewebe an das Knochen-Implantat-Interface [9, 22] entgegen. Rotationskräfte entstehen besonders beim Treppensteigen, Aufstehen und Laufen [4]. Nach Noble et al. [15] sind das Prothesendesign und die Operationstechnik, insbesondere die Präparation des knöchernen Prothesenlagers, die entscheidenden Faktoren für das Ausmaß des erreichbaren Pressfits und damit für den Erfolg eines Implantates.
