Zusammenfassung
Der NCFL entspringt in der Regel aus der 2. und 3. lumbalen Nervenwurzel. Er verläuft von medial oben nach lateral unten auf die Spina iliaca anterior superior (SIAS) zu. Distal des Leistenbands versorgt der Nerv, geteilt in einen ventralen und dorsalen Ast, die Haut im vorderen und lateralen Oberschenkel (Abb. 11.1).
