Zusammenfassung

Vielfältige Verbindungen bestehen zwischen der Haut und dem Sehorgan, und eine Vielzahl von Hauterkrankungen geht mehr oder minder häufig mit einer okulären Beteiligung einher. In Tabelle 1 sind die aus ophthalmologischer Sicht wichtigsten Beispiele dermatologischer Erkrankungen zusammengefasst, die zu klinisch bedeutsamen Augenveränderungen führen. Nicht selten, vor allem in abortiven oder atypischen Fällen, ist die ophthalmologische Untersuchung richtungsweisend und in der Lage, die dermatologische Diagnose zu sichern.
