Zusammenfassung

Obwohl die Elektronenmikroskopie keine neue wissenschaftliche Methode ist, liefert sie auch heute noch einen wesentlichen Beitrag zur differenzierten Betrachtung normaler und pathologischer Hautstrukturen [3,4]. Zunächst soll ein Überblick über den elektronenmikroskopischen Aufbau der normalen Haut gegeben werden. Davon ausgehend werden ultrastrukturell pathologische Befunde exemplarisch an ausgewählten Hauterkrankungen erläutert.
