Zusammenfassung

Für die Schätzung der Prognose nach extrapleuraler Pleuro-Pneumonektomie mit anschließender Chemoradiotherapie ist ein Stagingsystem gut geeignet, das anatomische Ausbreitung vor Therapie mit der ResidualtumorKlassifikation kombiniert. Die aktuellen Definitionen des von Sugarbaker et al. 1999 angegebenen Systems zeigt Tabelle 11.6.1.
