Zusammenfassung

Jede pathologische Untersuchung exzidierter Tumoren hat Aussagen zur Beschaffenheit der Resektionsränder zu liefern. Zur Identifikation der tatsächlichen Resektionsränder in den histologischen Schnitten empfiehlt sich Markierung der Resektionsränder durch Tusche, Silbernitratlösung oder Tipp-Ex. R1 wird diagnostiziert, wenn sieh Tumorgewebe direkt am Resektionsrand befindet.
