Zusammenfassung

Unter Pektenose (Synonym: anale chronische Myofibrose) versteht man ein relativ selten auftretendes, chronisch-entzündliches Krankheitsbild, das durch Fibrosierungsvorgänge im Bereich des distalen Teiles des M. sphincter ani internus zu einer ringförmigen Stenose des Analkanals zwischen der Linea pectinea (dentata) und der Linea alba (Hilton-Linie) (Abb.l) führt.
