Zusammenfassung

Es gibt eine Reihe von psychotherapeutischen Verfahren, deren Wirksamkeit durch kontrollierte randomisierte Studien als gesichert gilt. Dazu gehören z.B. die Psychoanalyse und die daraus abgeleiteten Verfahren, die kognitive Verhaltenstherapie, die Gesprächspsychotherapie und die interpersonelle Therapie für bestimmte Krankheitsbilder wie Depression.
