Summary
The velocity of change and the complexity of business increase also for SME at a fast pace. Only those dealing with these facts on a very conscious and mindful way will be able to see those challenges as an opportunity and make best use of it. The paper shows how SME can use “Strategic Management”, “Change Management” and “Multi-project Management” to improve their competitiveness. The authors put a strong emphasis on a practical approach to the three concepts. For each concept there is a short introduction followed by ideas and examples and the presentation of easy to use tools. Those who like to get involved with the foundation of these concepts can learn about theoretical background / models / and views in a separate chapter.
