Zusammenfassung

Konservative Maßnahmen sind bei der Behandlung von generalisierten Gelenkknorpelschäden sehr wirkungsvolle therapeutische Möglichkeiten. Beschwerde- und befundabhängig steht eine vielfältige Auswahl von medikamentösen und nicht-medikamentösen Verfahren zur Verfügung. Die einzelnen Therapieformen können sich in bestimmten Kombinationen in ihrem Wirkungsspektrum ergänzen.
