Zusammenfassung
Bei der Gabe von Blutkomponenten können verschiedene unerwünschte Reaktionen auftreten. Neben immuno logisch und allergisch ausgelösten Reaktionen werden auch nicht-immunologische Wirkungen beobachtet. Zusätzlich ist eine Übertragung von Krankheitserregern möglich,auch wenn die Zahl der transfusionsassoziierten Infektionen in den letzten Jahren deutlich zurückgegangen ist. Das nachfolgende Kapitel beschreibt Klinik, Therapie, Prävention und Häufigkeit unerwünschter Transfusionswirkungen und gibt einen Überblick über Meldepflichten und Meldewege bei ihrem Auftreten.
