Zusammenfassung
Hämodilution bezeichnet die durch Gabe einer zeltfreien Flüssigkeit herbeigeführte Verdünnung des Blutes und seiner Bestandteile.Werden hierbei kritische Konzentrationen bzw. Aktivitäten einzelner hämostaseologischer Komponenten unterschritten oder diese durch die verwendeten Flüssigkeiten in ihrer Funktion klinisch relevant gehemmt, kommt es zur Ausbildung einer dilutionsinduzierten Hämostasestörung.
