Abstract

One of the biggest challenges of twenty-first century higher education is to transform students into dynamic workers who can adapt to fast-changing environments. The objective of this chapter is to draw on published and new research to articulate the lessons learned and propose new insights from the field of transformative learning and how to incorporate them into teaching and learning in higher education.
