Zusammenfassung
Nichts ist so beständig wie der Wandel. Mit diesem, dem griechischen Philosophen Heraklit zugeschriebenen, geflügelten Wort kommt zum Ausdruck, dass in der Welt alles im Fluss ist. In der heutigen Arbeitswelt gilt das oft auch. Der Wandel in der Arbeit reicht von Fusionen zwischen und Akquisitionen von Unternehmen, über betriebliche Restrukturierungen in der Aufbau- und Ablauforganisation, die Neuverteilung von Positionen und Teamzusammensetzungen, bis hin zur Änderung der Arbeitsaufgaben. Der Volksmund formuliert das vulgärer, doch kaum weniger philosophisch mit den Worten: Ständig wird eine neue Sau durchs Dorf getrieben.
