Zusammenfassung
Dieses Kapitel widmet sich dem Gerechtigkeitserleben von Freiwilligen in deren organisationalem Umfeld. Dabei wird einleitend diskutiert, ob Konzepte wie die Verteilungs-, Verfahrens- oder interaktionale Gerechtigkeit, die im profitorientierten Kontext der Erwerbsarbeit Gerechtigkeitserleben erfassen sollen, auch für Freiwilligenorganisationen geeignet sind. Insbesondere werden die Konzepte »Allgemeine Organisationale Gerechtigkeit« und »Illegitime Aufgaben« vorgestellt und für organisierte Freiwilligenarbeit reflektiert. Zwei eigenständige Studien zu den jeweiligen Konzepten bestätigen empirisch deren Relevanz: Auch im Kontext der »frei gewählten« Freiwilligenarbeit hängt die Erfahrung von Ungerechtigkeit bzw. Illegitimität deutlich negativ mit Indikatoren nachhaltigen Engagements zusammen. Handlungsempfehlungen und weiterführende Gedanken zur Bedeutung von Gerechtigkeitserleben in Freiwilligenorganisationen schließen das Kapitel ab.
