Abstract

Night-related complaints are not uncommon after laser vision correction. Causes include decreased contrast sensitivity, uncorrected lower-order aberrations, or induced higher-order aberration (HOA), i.e., spherical aberration. Understanding how to address night-related complaints will result in higher postoperative patient satisfaction.
