Mineral Trioxide Aggregate in Dentistry

Abstract

A summary is given of the known compositions and properties for MTA-type products, both commercial and experimental. Comparisons are made of the phases, particle sizes, and other attributes such as setting time or radiopacity. MTA-type materials used for root canal sealers are included.
