Zusammenfassung
Mehr denn je sind Unternehmen heute gefordert, neben ihren wirtschaftlichen Interessen auch die der Umwelt und Gesellschaft zu respektieren, da sie als Mitverursacher sozialer und ökologischer Probleme verstärkt in die Verantwortung genommen werden. Am Beispiel des Jugendprogrammes Think Big von Telefónica wird gezeigt, wie durch bestimmte Rahmenbedingungen des Corporate Sustainability (CS)-Engagements die CS Social Media-Strategie erfolgreich umgesetzt werden konnte.
