Mid- and Far-infrared Imaging

  • Chapter
  • First Online:

Abstract

The mid- and far-infrared spectra include wavelengths from 3 µm to 1 mm. This spectral band contains lower radiation energy than visible spectra. In this chapter, mid- and far-infrared imaging and spectroscopy techniques and their applications in food and agriculture are discussed.
