Abstract
This paper starts from the origin and meaning of Low carbon economy, describes the possibility and necessarily for Hainan province to practice Low carbon economy. Then studies the current situation of Low carbon agriculture in Haikou city, makes the decision that practicing low carbon economy is the necessary way for Sustainable Development of Tropical Agriculture in Hainan Province.
