Abstract

This chapter summarizes concisely the pathologic anatomy of the epidural space and its most relevant tumorous, inflammatory and hemorrhagic diseases. The aim is to demonstrate case illustrations for the aforementioned diseases. After studying this chapter the reader should be able to explain the clinical features and the standard treatment of these diseases.
