Die normalen Herztöne entstehen im wesentlichen durch den Schluß der Segel-(=1. Herzton) und Taschenklappen (= 2. Herzton). Die Öffnung dieser Klappen ist normalerweise lautlos (oder genauer: mit dem Stethoskop nicht zu hören).
