Abstract

With increasing concerns on CSR, the quantity of CSR reports published by Chinese corporation grows rapidly. Comparing with the previous, they not only learn from some international standards and advanced experience, but also improve the quality of CSR reports substantially. However, CSR reports in China are still in their fancy with lower general quality at present, and the process of CSR seems to be normalized and standardized. Recently, there are lots of problems of CSR reports in Chinese corporation, such as lags between corporate management systems and publications of CSR reports, less efficiency of branding and corporate image with CSR reports, poor performance of CSR reports marketing and lack of mining the potential commercial values of CSR.
