Zusammenfassung
Pulver und Schüttgüter neigen zur Entmischung, wenn sich die Partikel z. B. hinsichtlich Partikelgröße, Form oder Dichte unterscheiden. Bei sehr schlecht fließenden, also sehr feinkörnigen und/oder feuchten Schüttgütern, ist die Tendenz zur Entmischung in der Regel gering, da die Beweglichkeit der Partikel durch die zwischen ihnen wirkenden Haftkräfte eingeschränkt ist. Dagegen zeigen frei fließende Schüttgüter, aber auch kohäsive Schüttgüter, die sich leicht durch eine Gasströmung auflockern lassen, häufig eine spürbare Entmischung. Neben unterschiedlichen Entmischungsmechanismen werden Maßnahmen erläutert, die zur Verringerung der Entmischung führen.
