Zusammenfassung
Die postoperative Nachsorge im Anschluß an eine Herztransplantation ist grundsätzlich die gleiche wie nach einer konventionellen Herzoperation. Sie besteht aus Monitoring von Blutdruck, Herzfrequenz, Atmung, Volumen — und Elektrolythaushalt sowie Weiterführung der bereits präoperativ induzierten patientenindividuellen Immunsuppression. Später wird die postoperative Vorgehensweise im pflegerischen wie im ärztlichen Bereich spezifischer, d. h. das Erkennen von möglichen Abstoßungs-und Infektionsereignissen tritt in den Vordergrund.
