Herausforderung Atherosklerose in den 90ern

Zusammenfassung

Seit über 40 Jahren ist die Operation der höhergradigen Mitralstenose in Form der geschlossenen oder offenen Kommissurotomie eine bewährte und erfolgreiche Therapie (5, 7, 10, 18). In der interventiven Kardiologie sind verschiedene Methoden zur perkutanen Ballonvalvuloplatie der Mitralstenose entwickelt worden (1, 2, 9, 11, 12, 14, 15).
