Zusammenfassung
Zahlreiche Methoden stehen derzeit für die Evaluierung sog. „Risikofaktoren“ zur Verfügung. Deskriptive Statistiken, univariate Analysen und Score-Systeme bieten bei zwar wenig aufwendiger Handhabung einen begrenzten Informationsgehalt. Die multivariate Modellbildung ist aufwendiger, sie ermöglicht jedoch eine synchrone Darstellung bzw. Gewichtung mehrerer Einflußgrößen. Verschiedene Modelle werden für die Datenanalyse verwendet; Kurzzeitbeobachtungen (30 Tage, Hospitalaufenthalt etc.) werden vorwiegend nicht-zeitadjustiert analysiert (logistische Regression o.ä.), wohingegen zeitadjustierte Modelle wie z.B. die Cox-Regressionsanalyse (6) oder die zeitadjustierte parametrische Hazardfunktion nach Blackstone et al. (4) eine Bestimmung instantaner Risiken innerhalb des gegebenen Zeitintervalles zulassen. Anwendbarkeit und Güte der parametrischen zeitadjustierten Hazardfunktion nach Blackstone et al. (4) sollen anhand des Beispieles der Untersuchung von Patienten mit aorto-koronarer Bypassoperation dargestellt werden.
