Zusammenfassung
Innerhalb eines 2-Jahres-Zeitraums von November 1998 bis einschließlich Oktober 2000 führten wir bei 77 Patientinnen die vaginale rechtsseitige sakrospinale oder sakrotuberale Scheidenstumpffixation durch. Diese, wie wir sie nennen, Amreich-Richter-Operation ist meistens Teil eines vaginalen operativen Gesamtkonzepts und schließt oft andere operative Schritte zur Deszensus- und Inkontinenztherapie mit ein.
