Zusammenfassung

Die Pulmonalklappenstenose wurde bereits 1761 von Morgagni [42] und 1817 von Meckel [38] beschrieben. 1948 nahm Brock [6] eine geschlossene transventrikuläre Sprengung vor, und 1976 berichteten Mistrot et al. [40] sowie Meyer et al. [39] über die Valvulotomie in „inflow occlusion“. Die Valvuloplastie wurde 1982 durch Kan et al. [24] eingeführt.
