Zusammenfassung

Nach wie vor steht am Anfang jeder Untersuchung die Erhebung der Anamnese. Bei Chromosomenanomalien, Syndromen oder Stoffwechselerkrankungen in der Familie können angeborene Herzfehler vermehrt auftreten. Bei familiärem Vorkommen angeborener Herzfehler ist das Wiederholungsrisiko erheblich erhöht [1, 5, 13].
