Zusammenfassung
Bei der Behandlung der Zellmodelle (Abschnitt II) haben wir uns klargemacht, daß auch der Protoplast als ein hochgradig kompartimentiertes, kompliziert strukturiertes System aufgefaßt werden muß. Diese „Struktur“ darf indessen nicht statisch verstanden werden. Es ist vielmehr eine charakteristische Eigenschaft aller lebendigen Systeme, tlaß sie eine „dynamische“, d. h. zeitlich veränderliche Struktur aufweisen. Die Zellphysiologie ist also darauf angewiesen, die dynamische Struktur des Protoplasten in die Theorienbildung einzubeziehen.
