Zusammenfassung
Es wird untersucht, ob sich für die Aufgaben des Managements von Informations- und Kommunikationssystemen, unterteilt in originäre Führungsaufgaben (Planung und Kontrolle, Organisation, Risikohandhabung und Innovation), Management der Produktionsfaktoren (Mitarbeiter, Betriebsmittel, Kapital) und der Produktionsprozesse (Entwicklung und Wartung, Betrieb), Besonderheiten für international tätige Unternehmen ergeben. Dies ist in besonderem Maße für die originäre Führungsaufgabe Innovation der Fall; international tätige Unternehmen werden sich dadurch in besonderem Ausmaß Wettbewerbsvorteile gegenüber national tätigen Unternehmen verschaffen können.
