Zusammenfassung
Bei Anwendung der Modultechnik lassen sich Laser mit einer Strahlleistung weit über 10 kW erreichen. Mit diesen Strahlquellen ist z. B. das Schweißen mit hoher Geschwindigkeit oder an großen Blechdicken möglich. — Der Einsatz linienförmiger Laserstrahlen führt in der Oberflächenbehandlung zu neuen Anwendungen. Praxisbeispiele verdeutlichen die Anwendung von Lasern der oberen Leistungsklasse.
