Endoskopisches Operieren — Indikationen und Grenzen

Zusammenfassung

Das endoskopische Operieren befindet sich z.Z. in einer rasanten Entwicklungsphase und zugleich in einer ebenso schnellen Ausbreitungsphase. Da bei dieser neuen Operationsmethode an die technischen Fähigkeiten des Operateurs besonders hohe Anforderungen gestellt werden, steht beim derzeitigen Entwicklungsstand naturgemäß das technisch Machbare im Mittelpunkt des Interesses. Die endoskopischen Eingriffe, die publiziert wurden, reichen von der Adhäsiolyse und Entfernung von Extrauteringraviditäten bis zur Hysterek-tomie (Reich et al. 1989) und weiter bis zur pelvinen Lymphonodektomie (Dargent u. Salvat 1988). Indikationen, Komplikationen, Standards und die Abgrenzung gegenüber konventionellen Operationsmethoden sind für viele dieser Eingriffe noch nicht oder nicht genügend abgeklärt (Wallach et al. 1990). Für die nachfolgenden Ausführungen interessieren vor allem die endoskopischen Operationen, die jetzt schon eine größere Verbreitung gefunden haben.
