Zusammenfassung
Die Aufmerksamkeit von Planern und Politikern in Entwicklungsländern richtet sich zunehmend auch auf Probleme, die mit der Vermarktung landwirtschaftlicher Produkte zusammenhängen. Immer häufiger werden Untersuchungen nicht nur über die Wirksamkeit von bestehenden Marktsystemen gefordert, sondern auch über die zu erwartenden Warenströme und Preisbildungen zukünftiger Märkte, wenn der Anbau neuer Früchte geplant wird.
