Zusammenfassung
Es wird auf Fragen eingegangen, die sich ein Hochschulabsolvent stellt, der ins Berufsleben eintreten soll: Was ist eine Karriere, was ein Karriereplan? Wie soll man die Stellensuche anpacken, wie sein Curriculum schreiben, und wie sich auf ein Vorstellungsgespräch vorbereiten? Die Antworten, die einerseits auf Literaturstudium und andererseits auf Gesprächen mit Personalfachleuten und Arbeitgebern basieren, sind als praktische Hilfen gedacht, nicht als eine Besprechung von Forschungsergebnissen.
