Zusammenfassung

Alle Mappingverfahren haben zum Ziel, die Frage nach dem Ursprung bzw. Entstehungsort einer tachykarden Herzrhythmusstörung zu beantworten. Darüber hinaus sollen Stellen identifiziert werden, an denen eine Hochfrequenz Katheterablationsbehandlung erfolgversprechend ist. Die klinisch häufigste Ursache für das Auftreten anhaltender Kammertachykardien ist die chronische koronare Herzerkrankung mit Zustand nach Herzinfarkt.
