Zusammenfassung

AV-Knoten-Reentry-Tachykardien sind die mit 60 % am häufigsten vorkommenden regelmäßigen supraventrikulären Tachykardien (13). Im folgenden soll ein Überblick über Diagnostik dieser sehr häufigen Rhythmusstörung und deren Therapie durch Katheterabiation gegeben werden.
