Die französische Revolution war ein Kampf um die Staatsgewalt, um die Trennung derselben und Organisirung der einzelnen Elemente, um die Träger derselben und den Umfang ihrer Rechte. Ich habe in der Einleitung des Werkes darauf schon hingewiesen.
