Zusammenfassung

Es wird über einen Patienten mit Ehlers-Danlos-Syndrom berichtet, der einmal notfallmäßig und einmal elektiv wegen Aneurysmen der Arteriae iliacae internae operiert werden mußte Anhand dieses Fallberichtes werden Nomenklatur und Einteilung, Klinik und Besonderheiten des diagnostischen und operativen Managements dargestellt.
