Als S_I–III-Typ wird vielfach eine Ekg-Form bezeichnet, bei der in allen drei Standard-Ableitungen tiefe S-Zacken vorhanden sind, die mindestens dieselbe Amplitude wie die entsprechenden R-Zacken aufweisen.
