Zusammenfassung

Ziel einer anwendungsorientierten klinischen Forschung muß es sein, die Möglichkeiten zur Vorbeugung, zur Erkennung und vor allem zur Behandlung von Krankheiten zu verbessern. Der vorliegende Beitrag beschäftigt sich mit der klinisch-therapeutischen Forschung, also der Entwicklung wirksamer und sicherer Behandlungsmethoden.
