Abstract

This series of papers report for the first known time on the operation principle and the experimental demonstration of optical computed tomography providing two-dimensional imaging of various in vitro and in vivo biological objects using the Coherent Detection Imaging (CDI) method. This new method has been established Incorporating the laser heterodyne detection technique and the Image reconstruction from back projection of the data .that were obtained via laser absorption measurements.
